I’m a coach, consultant, and educator specialising in the music and entertainment industry. I work with artists, creative practitioners, industry professionals and executives… and anybody who feels that they could benefit from finding a better approach to life.

Music, entertainment, and the creative arts are extremely rewarding, but they aren’t easy industries to work in by any means. They can present unique and testing challenges that can derail careers and make life pretty tough. My mission is to help people in the creative industries to develop more effective, more rewarding, and more sustainable approaches to their careers, their lives, and their creative endeavours.

I grew up loving music and playing in bands, and always wanted to work in music somehow. As it turned out, my career took me into the business side of the music industry, and I spent a decade working at major record labels. I then spent another decade consulting to those labels, working in tertiary education to nurture the artists and music industry professionals of the future, and launching my coaching business.

I’m as enthusiastic about the music, entertainment, and creative industries now as I was as a young record label intern. But these days, my passion is to help those working in the industries – and the organisations they all work with – to have a better experience of building their careers and living their lives. It’s not easy out there, but I can help.
